What we collect

We only collect personal information that you choose to give us when you fill in one of the forms on this website, such as your name, phone number, email address, postal address, school and the content of your message.

We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking tools on this website, and we do not set cookies. See our Cookie Policy for details of the third-party video and map embeds on some pages.

How we use it

We use the information you send us to reply to your enquiry and, where you ask us to, to provide quotes or services. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries, or taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.

We do not sell your information or use it for marketing without your consent.

Where it is stored and who processes it

When you submit a form, your message is processed by our website hosting provider (Microsoft Azure) and delivered to our business email system. These providers act on our behalf and are bound to protect your data.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry information only for as long as we need it to deal with your enquiry and any business relationship that follows, and then delete it.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you have the right to ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, and to ask us to correct, delete or restrict it, or object to how we use it. To make a request, email info@nextgen-it.co.uk.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
